Your details, handled with care.
How we use the details you give us on this website, in plain English.
Last updated 2 October 2026. This notice covers feaniks.com and its forms. For how we handle data inside Feaniks HQ for our customers, see Trust & Security.
Who we are
Feaniks Ltd is the data controller for the details you share on this website. We're registered in England and Wales (company number 12109594) at 167-169 Great Portland Street, Fifth Floor, London W1W 5PF. You can reach us about privacy at privacy@feaniks.com.
What we collect
Only what you type into our forms: your name, work email, organisation and role, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, the size and type of your service, and your message. We don't buy data, and we don't build profiles of visitors.
Why we use it
To reply to you, arrange a conversation, consider your Founding Partner application, and keep in touch about Feaniks while we're talking. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: responding to a business enquiry you've made. We never sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.
Where it's kept
- Google Cloud, in London: a copy of each form submission, deleted automatically after 12 months.
- HighLevel (GoHighLevel): our customer relationship system, hosted in the United States. Transfers are protected by the UK Extension to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses.
We keep your enquiry record while we're in contact, and delete it within two years of our last contact unless you become a customer.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no tracking or analytics. To display our typefaces, your browser fetches fonts from Fontshare, which receives your IP address as part of that request, as with any website.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, object to how we use them, or ask us to stop contacting you, at any time. Email privacy@feaniks.com and we'll respond within one month. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
