Competence should be visible.
Feaniks exists to show the quality of the people who care, not just the courses they've completed.

Same certificate. Different care.
Two carers can hold the same certificate and give very different care.
One brings skill, patience and real empathy. The other doesn't. Length of service can't tell them apart, and neither can a training record. Today, no system shows the difference.
Feaniks HQ was built to change that. It captures what people actually do at work, links it to the standards it proves, and turns it into evidence that managers, boards and inspectors can trust.
To make competence visible, provable and celebrated, so the people who do this work are recognised for the quality they bring, and the people they support are safer.
Care is our launch pad, not our limit.
We start in health and care, where proving competence matters most. Feaniks HQ is built for any workforce where evidence of practice matters as much as evidence of training.
